Melissa Dowell is a recent graduate of the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan,
having earned her BFA in Illustration.
She recently left her office job to pursue freelance for illustration and design clients.
Her influences come from a childhood fascination with animals, years of RPGs like Dungeons and Dragons and a passion for myths and surrealism.
In her free time, she illustrates the comic "Dingleberries" is an active member
in
the Blood Dumpster Art Collective of NYC.
She currently lives and creates out of Queens, NY
